Our development plan is segmented into three cohesive aspects of focus. Education, farming and sports are integral aspects of human life and society. Greater ethical and economic progress are dependent on the development of these aspects in a moderate and balanced manner. Hence, it is fundamental to our program that we focus on sustaining the simple ways and spiritual values of these peoples while providing them the capital resources with which to further their own material progress.
Education Program
The education program is focused on putting our human, material and financial resources to use in creating syllabuses, gathering teachers and building schools. Adults and children alike are welcome to the classrooms where they are to receive teachings on basic matters of human life and society. Teachings are first and foremost focused on life matters relating to how we humans seek health and wealth through our experiences from the body and mind. People are also taught about arts and science subjects.
Farming Program
The farming program is focused on putting our human, material and financial resources to cultivating farmland and accumulating livestock as a means to meet the basic needs of the local community. We educate the local villagers in understanding how to cultivate a variety of different crops (i.e. corn, beans, casava) and to take care of different livestock (i.e. cows, goats, sheep). We have developed incentive programs by which we motivate people to work the land in exchange for money or produce.
Sports Program
The sports program is focused on putting our human, material and financial resources to build the infrastructures necessary for communal sports activities. We capitalize on the popularity of soccer to mobilize the local community into creating soccer fields and organizing tournaments across villages of the local Congo region. Adults and kids alike (be them male or female) are encouraged to participate in sports activities as a means to promoting the removal of social interaction across genders.
